Mr Alfred Yeap Dah Long

A senior member of the Malaysian Bar since 2001, Mr. Alfred Yeap brings over 16 years of specialized expertise in civil litigation, banking law, and debt recovery. Called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn in 1993, he holds a prestigious LL.B. (Hons) from UCL and an MBA from the U.S.A., providing him with a unique dual perspective on legal and commercial complexities.

Since 2008, he has further served the legal community as a member of the Bar Council Disciplinary Board, cementing his reputation as a trusted authority in property law and financial disputes.

Ms Tay Huey Ming

Admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2005, Ms. Tay Huey Ming offers over two decades of legal experience across private practice and partnership roles. She specializes in the enforcement of lending securities and debt recovery, with extensive knowledge in subdivided building regulations and contractual disputes.

Her versatile practice also covers family law, conveyancing, and estate succession, ensuring clients receive comprehensive and reliable representation.

Ms Jocelyn Lim Xin Wan

Ms. Jocelyn Lim, a Partner at the firm, graduated with Honours from the University of Malaya and was admitted to the High Court of Malaya in 2019. Since her pupillage, she has developed a strong reputation for her meticulous approach to estate planning, probate applications, and contractual documentation.

Ms Lim Mei Hoey

A Partner who graduated with First Class Honours from the Northern University of Malaysia (UUM), Ms. Lim Mei Hoey has been a key asset to the firm since her admission to the Bar in 2018. She is a seasoned litigator with a diverse practice that spans family law, conveyancing, and MM2H advisory.

With over five years of post-qualification experience, she is known for her sharp advocacy in court and her ability to provide strategic counsel on complex estate and migration matters.

Ms Lim Ann Gie

A Partner of the firm since 2021, Ms. Lim Ann Gie graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and was admitted to the High Court of Malaya in 2015. With over eight years of experience, she specializes in conveyancing, real estate, and banking law, managing complex sale and purchase agreements, tenancy matters, and corporate loan documentation.

Her expertise also extends to estate planning and wills, where she provides both consumer and corporate clients with diligent, high-level legal counsel tailored to their specific transactional needs.

Mr Len Yapp Hau

A graduate of the University of the West of England, Mr. Len Yapp Hau transitioned from his pupillage directly into his role as a Legal Assistant with the firm. He specializes in the end-to-end management of conveyancing matters, including sub-sale transactions, perfection of transfer and charge, and developer-related documentation.

In addition to his property law expertise, Mr. Len is proficient in estate administration, where he assists clients with will-writing and applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, ensuring all procedural compliance is met with professional efficiency.

Ms Vanessa Chong Ling Ya

Ms. Vanessa Chong earned her LL.B (Hons) from Multimedia University (MMU) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019. Joining our firm in 2026, she brings a wealth of experience in high-volume conveyancing and property law, having previously handled diverse projects for reputable developers and private sub-sale transactions.
